Engineering and Sciences

Progression degrees

*4-year BEng degrees, or 3-year BSc + 2-year MEng~ degrees

~Since 2013, the educational standard for the professional title of Chartered Engineer (Engineers Ireland) is an accredited master’s degree programme in engineering or equivalent.

^The BEng degree (4 years) in Chemical & Bioprocess Engineering is accredited at master’s level by the Institute of Chemical Engineers for the professional title of Chartered Engineer (IChemE).

+Students contribute to their architecture portfolio throughout their course.
